Working together with the client, we develop a strategic partnership to provide workforce consultation that makes your staffing process more effective.
Screening: Finding a skilled temporary or permanent worker that’s right for your company takes effective screening and exceptional recruitment. Based on our initial analysis, we shortlist candidates from a large pool of applications. Over the years, we’ve refined and enhanced our screening process and are able to handle all of our client’s needs at a fraction of the cost that they would incur if they did it themselves.
Selection: We analyze each candidate beyond just his or her resume; our professionals are able to identify individuals with the work ethic and skill-set that would best enable them to make a tangible difference on your organisations performance. We couple this with extensive vetting of their eligibility to work in Canada and their conduct at previous positions.
Performance: In order to ensure our client’s continued satisfaction with the service that we provide, we regularly monitor our hired employees’ performance and provide coaching and job guidance whenever it is needed.
